It is surely that Amazon’s Kindle has reached a new era by announcing the Amazon’s Kindle Apps for Android and Windows Tablet PCs. For me, this situation makes clear that the Tablet PCs success is not a treat for Amazon Kindle success. Amazon seems looks the Tablet PCs success is another way to reach good selling on its Kindle business. Yeah, it is true the original Amazon Kindle devices selling may affect by Tablet PCs success in long-term.
However, what I understand that Amazon Kindle business does not lie in the original Kindle eReaders selling but in the Kindle eBooks selling. Therefore, as long as Amazon can book a good selling in the Kindle eBooks, it can be claimed that Amazon Kindle Business is still success even though the original Amazon Kindle devices selling decrease. I think that’s why Amazon finally decide to support the Tablet PCs euphoria which start from the last year (2010).
I think Amazon is doing a good decision by providing the Optimized Kindle Apps for Android and Windows Tablet PCs. It is because there are so many mobile devices vendors that plan to take over the Apple iPad success by launching their own Android or Windows powered Tablet PCs in 2011. It is a big opportunity for Amazon to improve its Kindle eBooks selling with this continuing Tablet PCs euphoria. It is unlimited potential selling there for sure.
